摘 要:通过构建人口-土地-产业城镇化多指标评价体系,运用熵权法和耦合协调模型,研究了长株潭地区23个县市单元2008年和2017年人口-土地-产业城镇化的空间分布规律、耦合度及耦合协调水平,以期为湖南省及中部地区新型城镇化政策的制定提供参考。结果表明:长株潭地区人口-土地-产业城镇化空间差异明显,北高南低,呈现出以长沙市主城区为中心向外扩散的特征,土地集约利用程度低,土地城镇化滞后于人口城镇化与产业城镇化;人口-土地-产业城镇化耦合度较高,且呈上升趋势;不同县(市)间人口-土地-产业城镇化的耦合协调度差距明显。By constructing a multi-index evaluation system of population-land-industrial urbanization,we have applied the entropy weight method and a coupling coordination model to study the spatial distribution law,coupling degree,and coupling coordination level of population-land-industrial urbanization of 23 counties and cities within Changzhutan Economic Circle(covering Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan)in 2008 and 2017,hoping to provide a reference for the formulation of new urbanization policies in Hunan Province and China Central.The results showed that the population-land-industry urbanization of Changzhutan Economic Circle had obviously spatial differences which were high in the north and low in the south,showing the diffusion characteristics from the main urban area of Changsha as the center;meanwhile the degree of land intensive use was low;land urbanization lagged behind population urbanization and industrial urbanization;the coupling degree of population-land-industrial urbanization was relatively high on an upward trend;there were obvious differences of coupling coordinate degree between counties and cities.
