摘　　要：智能制造已经成为未来制造业发展的趋势,对于中小企业来说,利用现有设备进行数控机床的智能化改造,可以提升企业生产自动化水平,满足工业机器人替代人工的要求。本文通过对华中数控加工中心的智能化改造,重点分析加装安全防护门的过程和方法,经教学和实训检验,满足可靠性高、效率高、自动化程度高的要求。Intelligent manufacturing has become the trend of future manufacturing development,for small and medium-sized enterprises,the use of existing equipment for the intelligent transformation of CNC machine tools,can improve the level of enterprise production automation,to meet the requirements of industrial robots to replace artificial.In this paper,through the intelligent transformation of CNC machining center in central China,the process and method of installing safety doors are analyzed emphatically,and the requirements of high reliability,high efficiency and high degree of automation are met through teaching and practical training.
