摘 要:为获得不同反应气氛对高氯煤中氯的热迁移及释放特性的影响,本文在固定床反应器上开展了不同温度下新疆哈密地区万向煤的热解、气化与燃烧实验研究。结果表明:1)3种气氛下氯的释放率均随着温度的上升而升高,在800~1000℃时焦中的氯快速释放;2)在200℃时,空气气氛下氯的释放率为12.72%,此时N_(2)及CO_(2)气氛下氯的释放率均在1%左右;在1000℃时,空气及CO_(2)气氛下氯释放率达到99.4%,而此时N2气氛下热解焦中由于有机碳的存在,阻碍了NaCl晶体的高温逃逸,进一步降低热解过程中氯的释放量,氯释放率仅为38.3%;3)在N2、CO_(2)气氛中,热解、气化焦中氯主要以有机形式存在,空气气氛下焦中的氯主要以无机形式存在,当煤失去全部有机碳仅剩下灰分时,灰中的氯几乎全部以NaCl晶体形式存在。To investigate the effects of different reaction atmospheres on thermal migration and release characteristics of chlorine in high-chlorine coal,thermal conversion processes(i.e.pyrolysis,gasification and combustion)of Wanxiang coal from Hami Xinjiang were experimentally studied on a fixed-bed reactor in different reaction atmospheres.The result indicates that,the release rate of chlorine is accelerated with the increasing temperature in three thermal conversion processes,and the rapid release of chlorine is located at 800~1000℃.At 200℃,the release rate of chlorine in air atmosphere is 12.72%,while that in N_(2) and CO_(2) atmospheres is about 1%.When the temperature is increased to 1000℃,the release rate of chlorine in air atmosphere reaches 99.4%,while that in N2 atmosphere is only 38.3%,this is probably because the presence of organic carbon in the pyrolysis coke prevents the escape of NaCl crystals at high temperature,thereby reducing the release amount of chlorine during the pyrolysis process.In N_(2) and CO_(2) atmospheres,the chlorine mainly exists in organic forms in the pyrolysis and gasification coke,while in air atmosphere,the chlorine mainly exists in inorganic forms in the coke.When all the organic species in the coal are combusted,almost all the chlorine in the ash appear in the form of NaCl crystal.
