摘 要:为实现节能降耗,解决燃煤电厂负荷厂级经济调度问题,根据燃煤机组历史运行数据特点,提出基于数据挖掘的厂级负荷经济调度方法。首先,利用滑动窗口技术提取稳态工况运行数据并结合模糊C均值聚类算法实现稳态工况划分;其次,基于高斯过程回归算法建立各工况下机组煤耗特性预测模型;由此构建以平均煤耗率最小的厂级负荷经济调度模型,通过遗传算法求解各机组调度出力;最后,通过仿真实例分析验证本文厂级负荷经济调度方法的有效性。仿真结果表明:本文厂级负荷经济调度方法能够准确建立机组煤耗预测模型,相较于单机调度模式,厂级负荷经济调度方法对机组间负荷分配更为合理,降低了全厂平均煤耗率,提升了机组的节煤潜力,最高可节煤1.77 g/(kW·h)。To save energy and reduce consumption,according to the historical operating data characteristics of coalfired generating units,an economic load dispatch method based on data mining technology is proposed.Firstly,the sliding window technology is used to extract the steady-state data in the historical operating data and the steadystate data is divided into different working conditions based on the fuzzy C-mean clustering algorithm.Secondly,based on the method of Gaussian process regression,the prediction models of the coal consumption rate of power supply under different working conditions are developed.Thus,the plant-level economic dispatch model with the minimum average coal consumption rate is constructed,and the dispatching output of each unit is solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation example.The results show that,the proposed method can establish the prediction model of coal consumption rate of power supply accurately.Moreover,compared with the normal AGC mode to single unit,the proposed method is more reasonable for the load distribution among the units,which reduces the average coal consumption rate of the whole plant and improves the coal saving capacity of the whole plant.The maximum coal saving is 1.77 g/(kW·h).
