摘  要:基于高温蒸汽管道与支管尺寸,以温度套管为例建立模型,分析计算了通孔型套管、台阶型套管及结构优化温度套管3种不同结构、材质的温度套管焊缝焊趾处应力与振动模态。结果表明,通孔型套管与台阶型套管结构焊缝焊趾内部整体应力水平相近,均高于结构优化后温度套管,且结构优化温度套管发生疲劳断裂的风险大幅降低;3种结构焊缝焊趾的最高应力均分布在蒸汽主管(母管)圆周最高点,裂纹最易在该处萌生,应力水平以该处为基点成对称分布。结构优化温度套管对母管振动的响应程度较低。因此,支管的结构与材质优化可以减弱母管振动诱发的焊缝振动。Based on the dimensions of high-temperature steam pipe and branch pipe,the temperature casing is taken as an example to establish the model,and the stress and vibration modes at weld toe of the temperature casing with three different structures and materials,namely,the through-hole casing,the step casing and the structure optimized temperature casing,are analyzed.The results show that,the internal overall stress level of weld toe of the throughhole casing and the step casing is similar,which is higher than that in the structure optimized temperature casing.The risk of fatigue fracture of the structure optimized temperature casing is greatly reduced.The maximum stress of weld toes of the three structures is distributed at the highest point of the circumference of the steam main pipe(main pipe),where the crack is most likely to initiate,and the stress level is symmetrically distributed based on this point.The structure optimized temperature casing has a low response degree to the vibration of the main pipe.Therefore,optimization of the structure and material of the branch pipe can reduce the weld vibration induced by the parent pipe vibration.
