摘 要:医疗服务价格管理工作关系到医院的社会声誉及经济利益,对医院的生存与发展有重大意义。在新医改环境下,医院内部价格行为管理理念、职能、内涵及管理范围发生了重大变化,由于重视不够、职能分工不明确、制度不完善,医院内部价格管理难度加大,通过对S医院内部价格管理存在问题原因进行分析,根据最新医疗机构内部价格管理文件精神指导,总结医药价格特点,分析医院价格管理面临的政策挑战,探讨医院工作策略,提出解决对策及改革后取得的初步成效,探讨符合现代医疗机构内部价格管理的方法与措施,以期为提升医院费用质量和经济质量提供理论和方法借鉴。The medical service price management work relates to the hospital social prestige and the economic benefit,has the great significance to the hospital survival and the development.Under the environment of the new medical reform,the concept,function,connotation and management scope of the price behavior management in hospitals have changed greatly,due to the lack of attention,unclear division of functions and imperfect system,hospital internal price management becomes more difficult by analyzing the causes of the problems in the internal price management of S hospital,and according to the spiritual guidance of the latest internal price management documents of medical institutions,the characteristics of medical price are summarized,this paper analyzed the policy challenges faced by the hospital price management,probes into the working strategies of the hospital,puts forward the countermeasures and the initial results obtained after the reform,and probes into the methods and measures conforming to the internal price management of modern medical institutions,in order to improve the quality of hospital costs and economic quality to provide theory and methods for reference.
