摘  要:目的研究炎性细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)联合检测对恶性血液病化疗后粒细胞缺乏早期诊断的意义。方法恶性血液病化疗后粒细胞缺乏伴感染患者96例,有效病历61例。按血培养检测结果不同分组,研究分析两组患者细胞因子、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白治疗前变化。结果PCT两组均高于正常值,但G+感染患者增高更明显,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在IL-6及IL-10对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细胞因子(IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10)、降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测,有助于临床粒细胞缺乏伴感染治疗方案的制定。Objective To study the significance of the combined detection of inflammatory cytokines(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10),procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)culture for the early diagnosis of granulocytes after chemotherapy for hematological malignancies.Methods 96 patients with agranulocytosis and infection after chemotherapy for malignant hematological diseases,61 patients with effective medical records.According to different blood culture test results,the study analyzed the changes of cytokines,procalcitonin,and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the two groups before treatment.Results Both PCT groups were higher than the normal value,but the G+infection patients increased significantly,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups had significant differences in IL-6 and IL-10 comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of cytokines(IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10),procalcitonin(PCT),and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)may be helpful for clinical agranulocytosis infection treatment plan.
