摘　　要：目的分析研究品管圈在住院肺结核患者口服自备药中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年1—6月收治200例住院肺结核患者开展本次试验研究,对所有患者的口服自备药管理均展开品管圈活动,活动周期为半年,对活动干预效果进行分析,做好总结和进一步推广工作。结果干预后患者的口服自备药依从性和正确服用率均明显高于干预前(P<0.05),干预后患者的口服自备药漏服率明显低于干预前(P<0.05)。结论对住院肺结核患者展开品管圈活动能够有效提升患者口服自备药的依从性和准确性,能够有效减少漏诊率的发生,安全性更高。Objective To analyze and study the effect of quality control circle in the application of self-made oral medicine in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods From January to June 2019,200 hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected to carry out the experimental study.The quality control circle activities were carried out for all patients’oral self-prepared drugs management.The activity cycle was half a year.The intervention effect of the activities was analyzed and summarized and further promoted.Results After the intervention,the compliance and correct rate of oral self-made drugs were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the rate of oral self-made drugs leakage after the intervention was significantly lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The activities of quality control circle can effectively improve the compliance and accuracy of patients’oral self-made drugs,reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis,and have a higher safety.
