中青年失眠患者中医证型分析

摘　　要：目的探究中青年失眠患者中医证型分布规律。方法纳入2018年1月—2019年12月在医院失眠门诊就诊的100例20~58岁诊断为失眠的中青年患者,收集患者年龄、性别等基本资料,记录患者症状、舌脉以及证型,总结患者中医证型分布规律。结果随着年龄增长,失眠占比逐渐升高,其中41~50岁年龄组失眠占比高于其他年龄组,其次为51~60岁年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性失眠占65.0%,显著高于男性的35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);证型以脾虚型为主;次症面色少华、大便不成形为主;患者舌脉多表现为舌淡苔腻、色黄白,脉细弱。结论中青年失眠发生率高,且女性高于男性,以脾虚型为主,应结合患者证型对症治疗,提升治疗效果。Objective To explore the distribution of TCM syndromes in young and middle-aged insomniacs.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,100 young and middle-aged patients aged from 20 to 58 who were diagnosed with insomnia in the outpatient department of the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were included.The basic data of age and gender were collected,and the symptoms,tongue pulse and syndrome types of the patients were recorded,and the distribution rules of TCM syndrome types were summarized.Results With the increase of age,the proportion of insomnia gradually increased,and the proportion of insomnia in the age group of 41 to 50 was higher than that of other age groups,followed by the age group of 51 to 60,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Female insomnia accounted for 65.0%,which was significantly higher than that of male 35.0%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The main syndromes were spleen deficiency,second symptom is complexion Shaohua,defecate is dry mainly,the tongue vein of the patient is mostly manifested as light coating on the tongue,yellow and white,and weak pulse.Conclusion The incidence of insomnia in young and middle-aged people is high,and the female is higher than the male,mainly with spleen deficiency type,the treatment should be combined with the patient syndrome type,to improve the treatment effect.
