留置肾造瘘管患者专用凹枕的制作与使用

摘　　要：目的探索留置肾造瘘管患者使用自制的凹枕在临床中的效果。方法选取从2017年1月—2019年9月收治科室的经皮肾手术留置肾造瘘管患者90例,随机分为两组:观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组患者使用传统的沙袋方法,观察组患者使用专用的凹枕维持斜卧位,观察比较患者使用两种护理用具后的舒适感及住院满意度。结果45例观察组患者使用凹枕维持斜卧位的舒适度评分明显低于对照组患者;观察组患者的住院满意度明显高于对照组患者的住院满意度。结论将自制的专用凹枕护理用具用于留置肾造瘘管患者的护理工作中,与传统的沙袋护理用具相比较,其较大程度上提高患者在临床上的舒适度,同时提高了患者和家属对护理工作的满意度,促进患者康复,具有理想效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made concave pillow in patients with indwelling nephrostomy tube.Methods Ninety patients who underwent percutaneous nephrostomy indwelling nephrostomy tube from January 2017 to September 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,45 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were used the traditional sandbag method,and the patients in the observation group were used a special concave pillow to maintain the recumbent position.and the patients’comfort and hospitalization satisfaction were observed and compared after using two kinds of nursing equipment.Results The comfort score of 45 patients in observation group using concave pillow to maintain oblique position was significantly lower than that in control group.The hospitalization satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Compared with the traditional sandbag nursing appliances,the self-made special concave pillow nursing appliances are used in the nursing of patients with indwelling nephrostomy tube.It can greatly improve the clinical comfort of patients and improve the patients and their families.Satisfaction with nursing work can promote patients’rehabilitation.It has ideal effects.
