摘  要:开办职教本科是新时代职业教育改革发展的战略举措,同时对教师的教学胜任力提出了新的要求。相较于其他类型教育而言,职教本科教学胜任力具有其独特的理论内涵和评价体系,应当兼具成效和能力要素,表征为教师的教学知识、教学能力、职业品格、个性特质、自我认知、行为动机等六维度48个评价因子,并着力从高职教师自我赋能、教学发展共同体构建、专业师资培养培训和资格认证标准引领四个方面提升教学胜任力。The opening of vocational education of undergraduate course is a strategic measure for the reform and development of vocational education in the new era,which also puts forward new requirements for teachers’teaching competence.Compared with other types of education,teaching competency in vocational education of undergraduate course has its unique theoretical connotation and evaluation system.It should have both effectiveness and competence elements,which are characterized by 48 evaluation factors from six dimensions,namely teachers’professional knowledge,teaching ability,professional character,personality traits,self-cognition,and behaviormotivation.Efforts aremade to improve teaching competence from four aspects:self-empowerment of higher vocational teachers,construction of teaching development community,professional teacher training and qualification certification standards.
