摘  要:为有效处理煤焦油加氢产业链中各装置区产生的废水,配套新建一座300 m^(3)/h的废水处理站,并通过预处理除酚除油装置+水解酸化+改良型SBR系统+多介质过滤器组合工艺对某煤焦油加氢企业产生的高COD、高酚、高油类物质和高氨氮废水进行有效处理。系统运行后经济效益和环境效益好,处理后的废水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)二级标准,可为类似煤焦油加氢废水处理行业提供工程实践借鉴意义。In order to effectively treat the wastewater generated in each device area of the coal tar hydrogenation industry chain, a new 300 m^(3)/h wastewater treatment station was built. And through the combination process of pretreatment phenol degreasing device + hydrolysis acidification + improved SBR system + multi-media filter, the high COD, high phenol, high oil substances and high ammonia nitrogen wastewater produced by a coal tar hydrogenation enterprise were effectively treated. After the operation, the system exhibited good economic and environmental benefits and the treated wastewater met the second level of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996)Ⅱ, which can provide engineering practice reference for similar coal tar hydrogenation wastewater treatment industries.
