摘  要:为了研究静态推靠式旋转导向钻具静力学特性,考虑心轴-外筒-井壁之间的相互作用,结合Timoshenko梁单元与接触单元,建立了静态推靠式旋转导向系统底部钻具组合(RSBHA)有限元模型,选取Newmark-HHT法作为数值求解算法,采用纵横弯曲梁法验证了所建模型的正确性。以二维定向井为例,研究了井眼曲率、井斜角、导向力和钻压等参数对RSBHA静力学特性的影响规律。研究结果表明:增大井眼曲率、井斜角、导向力和钻压均可使RSBHA产生的造斜力增大,其中导向力的影响最为显著;随着井斜角的增大,RSBHA横向位移相应增大,上切点位置则逐渐下移,RSBHA与井壁之间的接触力逐渐增大;接触区域随井斜角的增大而逐渐扩大,RSBHA磨损最严重区域由下端向上端逐渐转移。研究结果可为RSBHA系统的井眼轨迹预测和力学特性分析提供参考。To study the static characteristics of the static push-the-bit rotary steerable system,considering the interaction between the mandrel,the outer cylinder and the borehole wall,combined with the Timoshenko beam element and the contact element,the finite element model for the static push-the-bit rotary steerable system bottom hole assembly(RSBHA)is established.The Newmark-HHT method is selected as the numerical solution algorithm,and the axial and lateral bending beam method is used to verify the correctness of the model.Taking a two-dimensional directional well as an example,the effects of borehole curvature,inclination angle,steering force and weight on bit on the statics characteristics of RSBHA are studied.The results show that increasing the wellbore curvature,inclination angle,steering force and weight on bit can increase the build-up force generated by RSBHA,and the steering force has the most significant influence.With the increase of inclination angle,the lateral displacement of RSBHA increases correspondingly,the position of the upper tangent point gradually moves downward,and the contact force between RSBHA and the borehole wall gradually increases.The contact area gradually expands with the inclination angle,and the most severely worn area of RSBHA gradually shifts from the lower end to the upper end.The research results can provide a reference for the well trajectory prediction and mechanical characteristics analysis of the RSBHA system.
