摘  要:牙轮钻头在破岩过程中容易因掉齿而导致钻头失效。为了减少钻头失效行为的发生,延长钻头的使用寿命,基于弹性力学理论及有限元仿真软件ABAQUS,对牙齿与齿孔过盈配合过程进行了理论分析与仿真结果对比,验证了镶齿有限元计算方法的准确性与可靠性;考虑不同齿圈牙齿镶装顺序对牙轮壳体强度和变形的影响,设计了多组试验方案进行仿真模拟,分析了相同过盈量下不同镶装顺序对牙齿、齿孔受力和变形的影响,进而确定了最佳的镶装工艺。研究结果表明:随着镶齿的进行,镶装时压齿力、固齿力和Mises应力均有增大的趋势;不同镶装工艺下,保径齿齿圈固齿力最大,Mises应力和所需压齿力最小;通过对比24组镶装试验,以壳体变形为评价准则,优选9-3241和10-3214为最佳镶装方案。所得结论可为牙轮钻头镶装工艺的制定提供指导。In the process of rock breaking,roller cone bits are easy to encounter bit failure due to cutter lose.To reduce the occurrence of the bit failure and prolong the bit service life,based on the elastic mechanics theory and finite element simulation software,the theoretical analysis and simulation results of the interference fit process between the cutter and the cutter hole are compared.The finite element calculation method accuracy and reliability of the insert cutter is verified.Considering the impact of cutter insert pressing sequences on the strength and deformation of the cone shell,multiple sets of test plans are designed to simulate and analyze the effects of different insert pressing sequences on the cutter,cutter hole and deformation under the same interference.The research results show that with the progress of the insert pressing,the pressing force,the fixing cutter force and the Mises stress have an increasing trend.Under different insert pressing processes,the cutter-fixing force of the gauge cutter ring is the largest,and the Mises stress and the required pressing force is the smallest.By comparing 24 sets of insert pressing tests,taking the shell deformation as the evaluation criterion,9-3241 and 10-3214 are preferred as the best solution.The conclusions obtained can provide guidance for the development of the insert pressing process of roller cone bits.
