摘 要:针对国内外油田井下数据监测系统传输效率低,难以传输大量数据以及关井状态下无法进行数据上传等问题,设计了一种井下无线短传装置。利用CST软件对该装置中的三角形单极子天线的无线传输模型进行了电磁学仿真,并进行了试验验证。研究结果表明:该天线在433 MHz频段上可进行数据短传,能够在注水井井下环境中实现大量数据传输,传输速率可达12 kb/s;最佳参数天线在433 MHz频段的增益从-15 dB增加到-5 dB;提取天线与管道天线横向、纵向中心重合时,数据传输性能最好;注水矿化度对天线传输性能影响较大,当电导率为60~500 mS/cm时,在433 MHz频段上的增益为-5~0 dB,当电导率大于500 mS/cm时,增益保持在-35 dB左右,天线通信性能降低。研究结论可为提高油田井下作业效率提供技术借鉴。To address the problems of low transmission efficiency of downhole data monitoring systems,difficulty in transmitting large amounts of data,and inability to upload data when the well is shut in,a downhole wireless short transmission device is designed.The electromagnetic simulation of the wireless transmission model of the triangular monopole antenna in the device is carried out with CST software,and the results are verified by experiments.The research results show that the antenna can perform short data transmission in the 433 MHz frequency band,and can realize the transmission of a large amount of data in the downhole environment of the water injection well.The transmission rate can reach 12 kb/s.The gain of the best parameter antenna in the 433 MHz frequency band has increased from-15 to-5 dB.The data transmission performance is best when the extraction antenna and the pipeline antenna are coincident with the lateral and axial centers.The salinity of the injected water has a greater impact on the antenna transmission performance.When the conductivity is 60~500 mS/cm,the gain is between-5~0 dB in the 433 MHz frequency band.When the conductivity is greater than 500 mS/cm,the gain remains at about-35 dB and the antenna communication performance is reduced.The research can provide technical reference for improving the efficiency of oilfield operations.
