摘 要:目的:探究运动干预对学生肥胖体质和心理健康的影响。方法:选取单纯性肥胖女大学生20人,进行为期18周的“健身健美+长跑”运动干预实验,实验前后对研究对象进行体质和心理健康测量。结果:综合运动干预后肺活量、肺活量体重指数、仰卧起坐、立定跳远、50m跑和800m跑优于干预前,并且有显著差异(P<0.05),躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖和其他5项因子得分低于干预前,并且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施综合运动干预后肥胖女大学生的身体素质和心理健康等都有改善,且多项指标存在显著差异。Objective:To explore the effect of exercise intervention on the physical and mental health of students.Methods:20 simple obese female college students were selected for the 18 week exercise intervention experiment of"bodybuilding+long-distance running".Before and after the experiment,the physical and mental health of the subjects were measured.Results:After comprehensive exercise intervention,the vital capacity,vital capacity body mass index,sit ups,standing long jump,50 meter run and 800 meter run were superior to those before intervention,and there were significant differences(P<0.05).The scores of somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,terror and other five factors were lower than those before intervention and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the comprehensive exercise intervention,the physical quality and mental health of obese female college students are improved,and there are significant differences in many indicators.
