排球二传手战术意识的培养与训练方法探讨

摘　　要：排球运动不仅需要团队的综合能力,也需要个人能力十分强的选手。作为排球运动中的二传手,其责任不言而喻。二传手作为队内的中流砥柱,不仅需要较强的身体素质和心理素质,也要具有一定的战术意识,才能在排球对战中以冷静、严谨的状态战胜对手。然而,战术意识的培养并非一朝一夕,优秀的二传手也无法速成。排球二传手应当充分理解战术意识对排球对战的意义,并通过各项训练提升战术意识,从而将战术意识发挥至赛场上。该文将简述排球二传手战术意识培养的意义,提出排球二传手战术意识的培养内容,并探讨排球二传手战术意识的训练方法。Volleyball not only needs the comprehensive ability of the team,but also needs the players with strong individual ability.As a setter in volleyball,its responsibilities are self-evident.As the mainstay of the team,the setter needs not only strong physical and psychological quality,but also a certain tactical awareness,so as to defeat the opponent in a calm and rigorous state.However,the cultivation of tactical awareness is not overnight,and excellent setters can not be achieved quickly.Volleyball setters should fully understand the significance of tactical awareness to the volleyball match,and enhance the tactical awareness through various training,so as to play the tactical awareness on the field.This paper will briefly describe the significance of volleyball setter's tactical awareness training,put forward the training content of volleyball setter's tactical awareness,and explore the training methods of volleyball setter's tactical awareness.
