乡村振兴战略中城乡体育基本公共服务供给均等化研究--基于吉安市的调查

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略推动农村体育发展,实现城乡体育基本公共服务供给均等有助于乡村振兴战略的实施。研究采用文献资料、实地考察访谈等方法,对吉安市城乡体育基本公共服务的现状进行调查与分析,揭示其均等化中存在的问题及原因。建议:发挥政府主导,改变城乡二元结构发展模式,建立城乡体育基本公共服务供给机制;积极推行县财省管体制,考虑取消乡镇财政;培育村民体育参与意识,强化招商引资措施;加强服务的监管制度,以促进均等化的实现,进而更好地服务于乡村振兴战略。The strategy of rural revitalization promotes the development of rural sports and equalizes the supply of basic public sports services in urban and rural areas,which is conducive to the implementation of the strategy.This research adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation and interview,etc,to investigate and analyze the current situation of basic public services of urban and rural sports in Ji'an City,and reveal the problems and causes in the equalization of sports.Suggestions are as follows:give full play to the leading role of the government,change the dual structure of urban and rural development model and establish urban and rural sports basic public service supply mechanism.The government should actively promote the system of county finance and provincial management and consider abolishing township finance.The local government is supposed to cultivate the villagers'sports participation consciousness and strengthen the measures of attracting investment.And the local government should strengthen the supervision system of service to promote the realization of equalization,so as to better serve the rural revitalization strategy.
