乡村振兴背景下西南农村地区公共体育服务体系构建研究

摘　　要：“乡村振兴战略”为我国农村地区体育事业发展提供了新的契机。该研究以西南农村地区为对象,运用文献资料法、实地调研等方法,分析了影响西南农村地区公共体育服务体系构建的因素,其包括财政经费对农村地区体育事业发展投入不足、西南农村地区公共体育设施建设严重落后、西南农村地区公共体育服务指导人才匮乏。提出完善西南农村地区公共体育设施建设、加大社会体育指导员队伍、完善西南农村地区公共体育服务体系的对策。The"rural revitalization strategy"provides a new opportunity for the development of sports in my country's rural areas.The study is based on the southwest rural areas,using literature methods,field research and other methods to analyze the influence of southwest rural public sports service system construction factors,which include the lack of financial funds for the development of sports in rural areas,the serious backwardness of public sports facilities in the southwestern rural areas,and the lack of public sports service guidance talents in the southwestern rural areas.It is proposed to improve the construction of public sports facilities in rural areas in Southwest China,increase the team of social sports instructors,and improve the public sports service system in southwest rural areas.
