农民生态理性培育与农村人力资本积累的关系研究

摘　　要：农村生态文明建设、乡村振兴战略的实施,必须建立在农村人力资本积累的基础上。加大对农村人力资本的投资,是农村人力资本积累的重要手段。在我国农村生态文明建设的背景下,农民生态理性的培育是农村人力资本积累的必然要求,农民生态理性培育与农村人力资本积累呈正相关性,生态理性的培育,提高农村劳动者的生态科学知识和技能水平,推动农村人力资本的数量增长、合理流动,改变农民教育投资和健康投资的观念,推动农村人力资本向好积累。The implementation of rural ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategies must be based on the accumulation of rural human capital.Increasing investment in rural human capital is an important means to accumulate rural human capital.Under the background of China's rural ecological civilization construction,the cultivation of farmers'ecological rationality is an inevitable requirement of rural human capital accumulation.The cultivation of farmers'ecological rationality has a positive correlation with the accumulation of rural human capital.The cultivation of ecological rationality can improve the ecological science knowledge and skills of rural workers,promote the quantitative growth and rational flow of rural human capital,change the concept of farmers'investment in education and health,and promote the accumulation of rural human capital.
