摘  要:蒎烯是一种重要的天然产物,化学性质活泼,在农药、医药等方面有着极为广泛的应用.文章简要介绍了蒎烯的组成及化学结构,综述了蒎烯的有机伯胺、异恶唑、喹唑啉、吡啶、硫脲等五类含氮衍生物的合成.但部分蒎烯含氮衍生物的合成方法仍然存在毒性大、污染环境等缺陷.因此,其合成方法有待进一步优化.最后展望了蒎烯含氮衍生物的合成及应用的发展趋势.Pinene is an important natural product and widely used in the fields of pesticides and pharmaceuticals due to its active chemical property.In this paper,the components and chemical structure of pinene are discussed.The synthesis methods of five nitrogen-containing derivatives of pi⁃nene(such as organic primary amine,isoxazole,quinazoline,pyridine,thiourea,and thiadiazoline de⁃rivatives of pinene)are then summarized.However,there are still deficiencies in some synthesis meth⁃ods of these compounds,which include high toxicity and environmental pollution.Therefore,the syn⁃thesis technology needs further optimization.Finally,the development trend of the synthesis methods and application of nitrogen-containing derivatives of pinene are reviewed.
