摘  要:为探究西番莲花芽形成与坐果期间的生理生化代谢变化,本研究以‘满天星’西番莲为材料,分析在广西高温季节7-9月份期间的植株各项生理指标的差异变化。结果表明,由于遭遇高温天气,‘满天星’西番莲从8月中旬才开始进入始花期,9月份开始坐果。其植株叶片生理生化指标上,淀粉含量在8月份后均能保持较高水平;α-淀粉酶活性在8-9月则是保持较低活性,到11月4日的坐果期其活性才提高至高水平;而可溶性蛋白含量则随时间进程有所下降。高温季节均降低了蔗糖合成相关酶SPS和SS(合成方向)活性,从而降低蔗糖含量,并随着花芽分化和坐果进程,其SPS和SS(合成方向)活性均下降;对于硝酸还原酶活性则呈Z型变化规律,尤其以结果期11月4日最低。MDA含量在8月19日达到高峰期,之后持续保持高含量;其POD和SOD活性自8月开始提高,尤其是SOD活性。总之,西番莲在高温季节本能启动自身抗氧化系统,而其光合系统、花芽分化所需的营养物质及其氮代谢等均受到不同程度上的抑制。To determine the physiological and biochemical metabolism of Passiflora edulis during flower bud formation and fruit setting,we analyzed the different changes of physiological indexes of Passiflora edulis during the high temperature season from July to September in Guangxi.The results showed that,because of the high temperature,the variety‘Mantianxing’in this study began to blossom in the middle of August and set fruit in September.In the results of physiological and biochemical indexes of leaves,the content of starch maintained a high level after August;α-amylase activity remained low during August to September,and increased to the highest level until the fruit setting period on November 4th;while soluble protein content decreased at any time.The activities of SPS and SS(synthetic)were decreased in high temperature season,which resulted in the decrease of sucrose content.With the process of flower bud differentiation and fruit setting,the activities of SPS and SS(synthetic)were decreased.While the activity of nitrate reductase showed a Z-type change,especially the lowest on November 4.The content of MDA reached the peak at August 19,and then maintained in high lever;the activities of POD and SOD increased from August,especially the activity of SOD.In conclusion,Passiflora edulis instinctively starts its own antioxidant system in high temperature season,and the photosynthetic system,the nutrients requiring for flower bud differentiation and the nitrogen metabolism are inhibited to varying degrees.
