摘 要:文章研究在高压输电线路杆塔基础设计中应用挤扩支盘桩型的可行性。结合在1000 kV淮南—南京—上海特高压线路中获得试点应用的有关成果,利用特高压设计采用的挤扩支盘桩计算方法对同等典型地质及气象条件下1000 kV、±800 kV、750 kV、500 kV和220 kV各电压等级输电线路典型杆塔进行计算,得出混凝土用量指标,并与采用常规灌注桩设计的混凝土用量对比分析。研究结论表明:挤扩支盘桩能够平均降低直线塔和转角塔的混凝土用量达到25%和28%;对于不同电压等级输电线路,随着基础作用力的增大,混凝土用量的节省比例呈波状分布,直线塔总体变化较平缓,转角塔总体变化呈下降趋势;1000 kV双回路转角塔由于基础作用力过大,采用该桩型已无明显优势。This paper studies the feasibility of applying squeezed branch pile type in the design of high voltage transmission line tower foundation.Combined with the relevant results of pilot application in 1000 kV Huainan Nanjing Shanghai UHV line,the calculation method of squeezed branch pile used in UHV design is used to calculate the typical towers of 1000 kV,±800 kV,750 kV,500 kV and 220 kV transmission lines under the same geological and meteorological conditions,and the concrete consumption index is obtained,which is compared with that of the conventional cast-in-place pile design Comparative analysis of soil amount.The research results show that:the concrete consumption of the straight tower and the angle tower can be reduced by 25%and 28%on average;for different voltage levels of transmission lines,with the increase of the foundation force,the concrete saving proportion presents a wavy distribution,the straight tower is generally flat,and the angle tower is generally decreased;due to the excessive foundation force,it is not clear to adopt this pile type for the 1000 kV double circuit angle tower It has obvious advantages.
