摘 要:针对现有配电自动化主站系统无法完全满足配电网负荷资源调度的问题,综合考虑配电网安全运行的原因,提出了新一代配电自动化主站系统中配电网负荷资源调度方法,设计了配电网运行可控功能,主要包括配电网自动化优化模型构建、配电网优化运行的数据处理、负荷资源分配调度。试验结果表明,在配电负荷资源动态调度的前提下,该方法的时延在可控范围内,和传统负荷资源调度方式相比具备一定优势。Aiming at the problem that the existing distribution automation master station system cannot fully meet the load resource dispatching of the distribution network, comprehensively considering a series of reasons for the safe operation of the distribution network, the load resource scheduling method of distribution network in the new generation distribution automation master station system is proposed. The controllable function of distribution network operation is designed, which mainly includes the construction of distribution network automation optimization model, data processing of distribution network optimization operation, load resource allocation and scheduling. The test results show that under the premise of dynamic dispatch of distribution load resources, the time delay of the method proposed in this paper is within a controllable range, which has certain advantages compared with traditional load resource dispatching methods.
