摘　　要：10 kV开关柜长期运行,弹性疲乏、螺丝松动、接触不良或其他原因,都会引起设备表面的持续发热,导电连接处温度升高,严重时将出现局部熔焊,产生火花或电弧放电,最终造成电气设备的损坏。为此对开关柜触头发热的可能原因进行分析,并提出相应对策。在开关柜的触头上加装无源无线测温装置,以实时掌握设备的运行状况,避免接地、短路、火灾等严重事故的发生,及时发现发热点;为大电流开关增加散热风机,对风机和温度进行连锁控制,避免发热导致开关的稳定性下降,造成供电事故。Long-term operation of 10 kV switchgear, fatigue, loose screws, poor contact or other reasons will cause continuous heating of the equipment surface. The temperature of the conductive connection rises, and in severe cases, partial fusion welding will occur, spark or arc discharge will occur, which will eventually cause electrical equipment damage. For this reason, the possible causes of the hot contact hair of the switchgear are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. The passive wireless temperature measuring device is installed on the contact of the switch cabinet to master the operation status of the equipment in real time, avoid the occurrence of serious accidents such as grounding, short circuit and fire, and find the hot spot in time. The cooling fan is added to the high current switch, and the fan and temperature are interlocked to avoid the decrease of switch stability caused by heating and power supply accident.
