摘  要:基于电力光缆运维的现状,构建电力光缆故障成因评估指标体系。该体系包括外部环境、建设水平、运维水平、故障类型4个一级指标,并向下分为14个二级指标。在指标量化方面,该体系采用层次分析法来确定各级指标相对于上一级的权重,其中判断矩阵由专家法确定。通过一致性检验后,计算出指标综合权重,最终得到电力光缆故障成因评估指标体系模型。Based on the ccurrent status of power cable operation and maintenance,the evaluation index system of power optical cable failures is constructed.The system includes four first-level indicators of external environment,construction level,operational level and types of failures,and down to 14 secondary-level indicators.In terms of index quantification,the system uses analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to determine the weight of the indicators at all levels relative to the higher level,while the judgment matrix is determined by expert method.After the consistency check,the comprehensive weight of the index is calculated,and the system model of evaluation index system of power optical cable failures is finally acquired.
