摘  要:GIS设备内部发生局部放电将威胁电网的安全稳定运行,为保证及时消除设备的安全隐患,对特高频带电检测技术的应用进行了研究和验证。首先,通过特高频和超声波带电检测巡检判断设备是否存在异常放电信号。然后,给出异常信号诊断方案,即根据特高频和超声波的PRPS和PRPD图谱识别放电类型,并采用幅值比较法、时差定位法等方法实现放电源定位。最后,结合X光成像技术及对GIS设备内部结构图的分析,验证了特高频带电检测技术能实现对GIS设备局部放电缺陷的精确分析和判断。Partial discharge in GIS equipment threatens the safe and stable operation of power grid.In order to eliminate the hidden danger of equipment in time,the application of UHF live detection technology is studied and verified.First of all,UHF and ultrasonic live detection inspection are used to determine whether there is abnormal discharge signal.Then,the abnormal signal diagnosis scheme is given,that is,the discharge type is identified according to the PRPS and PRPD maps of UHF and ultrasonic,and the discharge source location is realized by amplitude comparison method and time difference location method.Finally,combined with the X-ray imaging technology and the analysis of the internal structure diagram of GIS equipment,it is verified that UHF live detection technology can accurately analyze and judge the partial discharge defects of GIS equipment.
