摘  要:基于Grasshopper插件研究3D打印外固定支具的参数化反求建模方法,以实现外固定支具三维模型的快速精准构建,提高定制效率并减小支具偏差,从而促进3D打印外固定支具的快速个性化定制。使用三维扫描仪获取患者手臂骨折部的外轮廓数据,采用Geomagic Studio软件对点云数据进行处理,得到基础数字模型,通过Grasshopper组件连线编写反求设计建模程序,并选取手臂骨折数字模型对建模程序进行建模速度与偏差测试。反求建模程序比传统建模方式耗费时间更少,精度更高,符合个性化定制的要求。使用Grasshopper插件编写算法程序降低了设计人员建立外固定支具三维模型的难度,并简化了设计流程,提高了设计效率,实现了快速三维模型构建和个性化定制。A parametric reverse modeling method for 3 D printed external fixation was researched based on Grasshopper software to achieve rapid and accurate construction of 3 D external fixation models. The efficiency of customization was improved and the brace deviation was reduced. Thus,the rapid personalized customization of 3 D printed external fixation brace was accelerated.A 3 D scanner was used to obtain external contour data of the fracture part of the patient’s arm. Geomagic Studio software was used to process the point cloud data to get basic digital model. The reverse design modeling program was composed with Grasshopper plug-in. The digital model of fractured arm was selected to perform modeling speed and deviation test. Compared with traditional modeling method,the reverse modeling program took shorter time and had higher accuracy. Thus,it could meet the requirements of customization. Grasshopper plug-in programming algorithm reduced the modeling difficulty of 3 D external fixation model. The design process was simplified,and the design efficiency was improved. The rapid 3 D construction and personalized customization of external fixation brace were realized.
