摘  要:从人机工程学角度分析用户指端操作与塑壳断路器面板间存在的人机关系问题,提出塑壳断路器面板造型改进设计方案。以NM8-250A型塑壳断路器为研究对象,通过人工合闸操作试验,研究指端施力行为与操作对象在交互过程中存在的问题,提出研究思路。在此基础上,归纳了操作指端间的握持距离,确定了塑壳断路器面板上端结构距离手柄前端的尺度区间。通过研究操作指端在施力过程中与面板上端结构的接触关系及操作的舒适度要求,根据指关节的关键数据,得到面板造型设计建议和尺度的取值范围,给出面板造型改进设计方案。通过塑壳断路器面板造型改进设计,从人机关系角度优化塑壳断路器的操作功能,为该类产品升级提供研究思路。The relationships between operation behavior of user fingers and panel of MCCB from the perspective of ergonomics were analyzed. The improved design scheme of MCCB panel was proposed. The NM8-250 A MCCB was taken as the specific research object to analyze issues in the interactive process between finger force and operation object and propose research idea.The holding distance between fingers operations were summarized based on this. The operable distance between the operator of this product and the upper structure of the panel was determined. The interaction between user fingers and upper structure of the panel was studied during the loading process,as well as the comfort requirements of the fingers. The suggestion of panel modeling design and dimension range were obtained through the key data of knuckle to provide improved panel modeling design scheme.The operation function of MCCB was optimized through the panel modeling improvement design of MCCB from the perspective of ergonomic. This could provide research ideas for this kind of product upgradation.
