基于UG和VERICUT的机床建模与数控加工

摘　　要：为了安全高效使用多轴机床,运用UG NX12.0软件根据机床部件实测尺寸按照1:1的比例构建了MIKRON-HPM600U机床模型,并通过VERICUT9.0搭建该加工中心的虚拟机床。以大力神杯为载体进行仿真加工及实体加工,加工过程中未出现过切、少切、碰撞、干涉等现象,验证了该方案的正确性和实用性。In order to use multi-axis machine tools safely and efficiently,the model of MIKRON-HPM600U machine tool is constructed by UG NX12.0 according to the measured dimensions of machine parts in the scale of 1:1,and the virtual machine tool of the machining center is built by VERICUT9.0.Taking the Hercules Cup as the carrier,the simulation processing and entity processing are carried out.No over-cut,under-cut,collision,interference and other phenomena are occurred,which verifies the correctness and practicability of the scheme.
