摘 要:以核电轮槽2270-091092枞树型叶根精铣刀为例,主要研究了枞树型核电轮槽叶根铣刀刀体建模、刀体制造、夹具设计、刀体加工走刀路线和设计制造子程序树等工艺方案设计。该类刀具从设计到制造完全实现自主开发,拥有自主知识产权。该刀具设计制造完成后,经检测满足设计精度要求,提高了加工效率,降低了加工成本。该刀具对其它核电轮槽铣刀设计具有一定的参考应用价值。Taking the milling cutter for finishing the fir-tree blade root of nuclear-power wheel slot 2270-091092 as an example,this paper mainly studies the cutter body modeling,cutter body manufacturing,fixture design,cutter body processing toolpath,design and manufacturing subroutine tree.This cutter is developed independently from design to manufacturing and has independent intellectual property rights.Through testing,the cutter can meet the design accuracy requirements.The application effect of the cutter in enterprises is good,the processing efficiency is improved and the processing cost is reduced greatly.The cutter has certain reference and application values for the design of other nuclear-power wheel slot milling cutters.
