摘　　要：通过对比国家标准GB/T 18251-2019《聚烯烃管材、管件和混配料中颜料或炭黑分散度的测定》和GB/T18251-2000《聚烯烃管材、管件和混配料中颜料或炭黑分散的测定方法》的内容变化,分析标准修订前后对于仪器设备采购、试样制备、操作步骤和结果分析的影响,并给出合理的建议。对于生产企业和检测机构进行炭黑分散和颜料分散检验检测具有重要意义。This document compares the difference between national standard GB/T 18251-2019"Method for the assessment of the degree of pigment or carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes,fittings and compounds"and GB/T 18251-2000"Method for the assessment of pigment or carbon black dispersion in polyolefin pipes,fittings and compounds".The impact of content changes on the purchase of equipment,sample preparation,operating procedures and result analysis was analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were given.It is of great significance for manufacturers and testing institutions to carry out carbon black dispersion and pigment dispersion inspection and testing.
