无溶剂型环氧地坪涂料的力学性能和微观性能的研究

摘　　要：通过对无溶剂型环氧地坪涂料进行红外分析、动态热机械分析和热失重分析,并与无溶剂型环氧地坪涂料的力学性能进行比较研究,提出无溶剂型环氧地坪涂料的玻璃化温度、损耗因子tanδ最大值、200℃时的质量损失和最大分解速率温度的适当范围。Through infrared analysis,dynamic thermomechanical analysis and thermal gravity analysis of solvent-free epoxy floor coatings,and the comparison with the mechanical properties of solvent-free epoxy floor coatings,the appropriate range of the glass transition temperature,the maximum of loss factor(tanδ),the mass loss at 200℃and the temperature of maximum decomposition rate of solvent-free epoxy floor coatings is proposed.
