摘 要:安装承力板对于保证相机结构稳定性、技术指标以及承受运输到发射阶段的各种力学环境具有重要作用。随着整星轻量化要求的提高,之前常用的单面承载构型已无法满足目前对承力板多功能化的迫切需求。文章针对某型号光学相机任务需要,通过优化整体成型的碳纤维加强框架布局,设计了一种兼具卫星舱板功能的双面承载相机承力板,提高整星的功能密度,降低整星质量和体积。该承力板在保证轻量化的前提下满足大长宽比(4∶1)和较高的稳定性要求,不仅可以支撑多台相机,还可以作为卫星的舱板承载卫星设备。有限元仿真和试验验证结果表明,承力板结构频率>100Hz,位置关系稳定性优于2′,质量比传统承力板减小50%,可以满足相机和卫星的要求。The bearing plate of space cameras is important to ensure the stability,technical index and withstand various complex mechanical environments from transport to launch process.With the increase of satellite lightweight,multi-function of the bearing plate is very urgent as the single-sided load plate can’t fulfill the demand.Through the optimization design of the whole formed carbon fiber reinforced frame,a kind of bearing plate for both satellite module and camera was designed in the paper.The function density of the whole satellite was improved and the entire star size and weight were reduced.It can satisfy the needs of large aspect ratio(4:1)and high stability under the premise of lightweight.As a cabin board supporting some satellite equipments,the bearing plate can support multiple cameras.Through the finite element analysis and experimental verification,the first modal frequency of the camera bearing plate is larger than 100Hz,with the stability less than 2′and the weight decreases by 50%compared with the traditional bearing plate.The result of calculation shows that this design can meet the requirement for both satellite module and camera.
