应用汇川PLC和变频器实现电机十五段调速

摘　　要：基于校企共建的“高级智能控制技术”教学实验平台,采用汇川H2U系列PLC、变频器和触摸屏对三段异步电机调速实训进行拓展,通过触摸屏HMI界面设计、变频器参数设置,以及PLC编程实现异步电机的十五段调速。该调速方案在“运动控制技术”课程的实践教学过程中对拓展学生的动手能力有着重要的意义,同时对实际的工程应用也有一定的借鉴意义。Based on the experimental teaching platform of advanced intelligent control technology,coconstructed by our school and the Huichuan Company,the experiment of three-section speed regulation of motor is expanded by using the series of H2U Programmable Logical Controller(PLC)and frequency converter as well as Touch Screen,which are produced by the Huichuan Company.The motor’s fifteen-section speed regulation can be realized by designing the picture of Human Machine Interface(HMI)of Touch Screen and setting the Inverter’s address and para-meters as well as programming the PLC.It is significant in expanding students’hands-on skill in the practice teaching of the course of Motion Control Technology,and it also has certain significance of reference in engineering application.
