徽州传统民居现代宜居性实地调查

摘　　要：随着现代社会经济的快速发展,徽州传统民居的形式、功能等已难以适应现代化生产、生活的需要。为进一步获取住户对徽州传统民居的现代宜居性居住诉求,通过实地走访和问卷调查相结合的形式,对徽州地区400户传统民居住户进行随机抽样调查,获取徽州传统民居现存状态,并依据住户的居住诉求对徽州传统民居现状问题进行总结。调查结果显示,传统民居在营造耐久、布局适用、自然环境、安全、经济、人力因素等方面均存在突出问题。With the rapid development of society and economy,the traditional forms and functions of Huizhou dwellings have been difficult to meet the needs of modern production and life.In order to further obtain the livable demands of the residents for Huizhou traditional dwellings,through the combination of field visit and questionnaire survey,400 traditional dwellings in Huizhou were randomly sampled to obtain the current situation of Huizhou traditional dwellings.According to the living demands of the residents,the current problems existing in the traditional dwellings in Huizhou are summarized.The survey results show that there are prominent problems in the build durability,layout,natural environment,safety,economy,human factors and other aspects of the traditional dwellings.
