摘  要:通过XRF、XRD、TG-DTA等测试方法研究了峡里砂质高岭土的化学组成、矿物组成与物理化学性能。以峡里砂质高岭土为主要原料,辅以龙岩高岭土、上祝瓷石、宜春钾长石、广西膨润土等陶瓷原料,在1290℃还原气氛下制备出日用陶瓷坯体。研究结果表明:峡里砂质高岭土由白云母、微斜长石、石英与高岭石等矿物组成,其化学组成与工艺性能皆可满足陶瓷工业的生产需求;当峡里砂质高岭土用量为45%wt时,可制备出白度、光泽度、吸水率和抗热震性均符合国家标准GB/T 3532-2009《日用瓷器》的日用细瓷产品。The chemical composition,mineral constitution and physical and chemical properties of Sandy Kaolin from XiaLI was investigated by the method such as XRF,XRD and TG-DTA.The domestic ceramic body which mainly contained Sandy Kaolin mostly,LongYan Kaolin,ShangZhu pottery stone,YiChun feldspar and GuangXi bentonite was producted at 1290℃under the reducing environment.The results reveal that the main mineral constitution of Sandy Kaolin from XiaLI is muscovite,microcline,quarts and kaolinite.The chemical composition and processing properties meets the requirement of the ceramic commercial production;The domestic ceramic production,of which whiteness,glossiness,water absorption and thermal shock resistance fits the China National Standard of GB/T 3532-2009《Domestic Ceramic》,could be prepared when the addition of Sandy Kaolin from XiaLI is 45%wt.
