摘  要:我国是世界瓷砖生产量第一大国,约占世界瓷砖总产量43%,但瓷砖生产对环境污染较大,为降低生产过程对环境的影响,探究利用先进技术提高瓷砖生产效率及降低污染的有效途径,通过行业相关学者的文献研究,表明在生产过程控制可通过物联网技术进行优化,在原料制备方面可采用干法制粒技术替代当前的湿法制粒技术,极大程度降低能耗和排放物。China is the largest ceramic tile production country in the world,accounting for about 43%of the world’s total ceramic tile production.However,ceramic tile production has a great impact on the environment.In order to reduce the impact of production process on the environment,this paper explores the effective ways of using advanced technology to improve the production efficiency and reduce pollution of ceramic tiles.Through the literature research of relevant scholars in the industry,it shows that the production process control can be optimized through the Internet of things technology,In the aspect of raw material preparation,dry granulation technology can be used to replace the current wet granulation technology to greatly reduce energy consumption and emissions.
