摘  要:在零件自顶向下的设计过程中,随着领域知识的不断引入,其设计状态不断递进转换。为构建零件从功能到结构规范化的演化过程,分析了零件功能和结构约束的映射关系,完整表达了零件设计状态的转换过程,定义了从功能到结构语义、零件约简结构至详细结构的渐进式的零件多域视图模型。通过对零件模型的功能约束、拓扑结构及作用关系的分析,以及对零件构成单元的功能时序、功能单元、几何结构、形位、装配与进化序列的分析,建立了基于功能约束和结构约束的零件关联约束模型,并将抽象语义知识进行结构化处理,构建了由功能视图模型、功能结构过渡语义描述模型、结构约简视图模型和结构视图模型组成的自顶向下的、渐进式零件多域视图模型。根据零件特征信息的表达层次和表达需求对上述各视图模型进行表述,体现零件在不同形态、不同阶段的设计知识,形成一个具有过程性、动态性、层次性和递进演化特性的零件对象定义模型。基于多域视图模型,可形成零件结构的多重解释,从而实现功能驱动的零件结构系列化设计,拓展狭义的零件结构设计的范畴,有助于实现基于模型的计算机辅助零件设计,推进产品设计过程的自动化和智能化。In the top-down design process of part, with the continuous introduction of domain knowledge, the design state is gradually progressively transformed. In order to construct the normalized evolution process of part from function to structure, the mapping relationship between part function and structure constraint was analyzed, the transformation process of part design state was fully expressed,and the progressive multi-domain view model of part from function to structure semantics, part reduction structure to detailed structure was defined. Through the analysis of functional constraint,topological structure and functional relationship of the part model, and the analysis of functional time sequence, functional unit, geometric structure, shape and position, assembly and evolution sequence of the part component unit, the part association constraint model based on functional constraint and structural constraint was established, and the abstract semantic knowledge was structured. Therefore, a top-down progressive multi-domain view model of part was constructed, which was composed of function view model, semantic description model of function structure transition, structure reduction view model and structure view model. According to the expression levels and requirements of part feature information, the above view models were expressed to reflect the design knowledge in different forms and stages of part, and thus a part object definition model with characteristics of process,dynamic, hierarchical and progressive evolution was formed. Based on the multi-domain view model,multiple interpretations of the part structure could be formed, so as to realize the function-driven serial design of the part structure, expand the narrow scope of the part structure design, help to realize the model-based computer-aided part design, and promote the automation and intelligence of the product design process.
