摘　　要：变电站施工涉及的内容较多,施工现场复杂多变,各类违章复杂多样,缺乏经验的管理人员不能对现场违章进行及时辨别,存在安全隐患,易发生安全事故。为此提出一种基于案例库的变电建设嵌入式培训方法,通过智能培训终端、培训教材和系统后台实现全方位培训,加强管理人员有效记忆,为电力建设安全管理提质增效。There are many contents involved in substation construction,the construction site is complex and changeable,and all kinds of violations are complex and diverse.Inexperienced management personnel can not identify the site violations in time,which leads to potential safety hazards and safety accidents.In this paper,a case librarybased embedded training method for substation construction is proposed.Through intelligent training terminal,training materials and system background,all-round training can be realized,which can enhance the effective memory of management personnel and improve the quality and efficiency of power construction safety management.
