摘　　要：针对传统检修工艺在实际工作过程中存在的问题,提出一种新型高压电机解体检修工艺。该新型检修工艺是通过深入研究现有高压电机解体检修工序,并充分利用电机的结构特点及现场实际检修条件总结形成的。实践证明,该检修工艺有效解决了高压电机解体检修工序繁杂、检修效率低、检修工期长、检修安全和质量风险高等难题,为行业内大中型高压电机的解体检修工作提供了一种全新的检修思路和解决方案。Aiming at the problems existing in the actual work process of traditional maintenance technology,a novel disassembly maintenance technology of high voltage motor is proposed.The new maintenance process is summarized by in-depth research on the disassembly and maintenance procedures of the existing high-voltage motors,and make full use of the structural characteristics of the motor and the actual maintenance conditions on site.The practice shows that the maintenance technology effectively solves the problems of complicated disassembly and maintenance procedures,low maintenance efficiency,long maintenance period,high maintenance safety and quality risk,and provides a new maintenance idea and solution for the disassembly and maintenance of large and medium-sized high-voltage motors in the industry.
