摘  要:某炭质钒矿石的V_(2)O_(5)品位为1.40%,研究了采用矿石预处理-硫酸浸出-P204+TBP+煤油萃取-氨水沉钒工艺从中提取五氧化二钒。实验结果表明:在矿石粒度-0.074 mm 12.79%,硫酸用量35%,浸出温度90℃条件下,钒浸出率达76%;对于含钒浸出液,用P204+TBP+煤油溶剂萃取和稀硫酸反萃取,氯酸钠氧化-氨水沉钒,沉淀物经烘干煅烧,最终得到纯度为97.14%的V_(2)O_(5)产品。The V_(2)O_(5) grade of a carbonaceous vanadium ore is 1.40% ,adopting process of“pretreatmentsulfuric acid leaching-extraction in P204+TBP+kerosene system-vanadium precipitation with ammonia”,and finally get V_(2)O_(5) product.The results show that raw ore size-0.074 mm accounts for 12.79% ,35% sulfuric acid leaching,and leaching temperature is 90℃.The leaching rate of vanadium reaches more than 76% .Adopting extraction in P204+TBP+kerosene system and dilute sulfuric acid back extraction.Oxidation of sodium chlorate-precipitation of vanadium with ammonia,After drying and calcining,Finally,V_(2)O_(5) product with purity of 97.14% was obtained.
