摘　　要：文章介绍了攀钢高碳粉煤灰资源现状,提出了利用高碳粉煤灰生产铁水保温剂的新思路以及产品的制备和实验方法,讨论了实验结果并对项目经济性进行了评价。This paper introduces the present situation of high carbon fly ash resources in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.and puts forward a new idea of using high carbon fly ash to produce hot metal insulating agent,as well as the method of product preparation and test.The test results are discussed and the economy of the project is evaluated.
