摘  要:采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)及X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)等多种现代分析仪器对昌乐钠基膨润土原矿进行矿物学特性分析。探索了分散剂种类、分离提纯工艺(包括自然沉降、自然与离心沉降联合)对膨润土提纯效果的影响。结果表明:采用自然沉降工艺时,三个因素的影响强度为沉降时间>分散剂用量>分散时间,较佳水平组合为分散剂用量0.6%,分散时间2.5 h,沉降时间4 h。鉴于原矿中低温型石英、多硅锂云母等杂质嵌布粒度较细,仅使用自然沉降法无法快速有效的实现膨润土的分离提纯,因此提出先自然沉降再离心提纯的“一粗一精”工艺,实验表明膨润土精矿高品位提高了10%~11%。In this study,combination analysis bymodern analytical instruments such as scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and X-ray fluorescence(XRF)were conducted to perform the mineralogical characteristicson sodium bentonite in Changle district.The effects of different dispersants and separation processes(including natural sedimentation,natural and centrifugal sedimentation)on the purification effect of bentonite were explored.The results show that under natural sedimentation process,the intensity of the three factors is settling time>dispersant dosage>dispersion time.The optimum variables combination is dispersant dosage 0.6% ,dispersing time 2.5 h,and settling time 4 h.In view of the fineness of the embedded grains of impurities such as low-temperature quartz and polysilicon mica in the raw ore,the natural sedimentation method cannot make a quick and effective separation of the bentonite.Therefore,a"one roughing one cleaning"process was proposed,which is a combined process of natural sedimentation and centrifugal method.It shows that the grade of bentonite concentrate has increased by 10% ~11% .
