摘 要:本文建立的硝酸+盐酸+氢氟酸+高氯酸敞开酸溶可以完全溶解出镍矿中的银,测定时采用铑和铟为双内标可有效校正非质谱干扰,优化碰撞池模式(KED)中氦气的流量可有效校正多原子离子对银的干扰。方法检出限低至0.05μg/g,用镍矿石标准物质GBW 07145、GBW 07147、GBW 07148验证所建立的分析方法,结果显示测定值与推荐值吻合,准确度|LOG10(测定结果/标准值)|≤0.032,精密度RSD≤8%,该方法比目前普遍采用的原子吸收光谱法检出限低、不需离子交换除杂、简单快速、准确度和精密度高,适合于大批量镍矿石中痕量银的测定。The open acid solution of nitric acid+hydrochloric acid+hydrofluoric acid+perchloric acid established in this paper can completely dissolve silver in nickel ore.The use of rhodium and indium as dual internal standards in the determination can effectively correct non-mass spectral interference.Optimizing the flow rate of helium in the collision cell mode(KED)can effectively correct the interference of polyatomic ions on silver.The detection limit of the method was0.05µg/g.The established analytical method was used to verify with the standard nickel ores(GBW07145,GBW07147,GBW07148).The result showed that the measured values were consistent with the recommended values.The accuracy LOG10(determination result/standard value)≤0.032,precision RSD≤8% ,this method does not require ion exchange to remove impurities,simple and fast,has high accuracy and precision and suitable for detecting considerable trace amounts of silver in nickel ore.
