摘 要:目的分析龋病患儿与正常儿童,以及不同性别龋病患儿的血常规检测结果。为临床诊疗提供科学依据。方法收集进行龋病治疗的438例10岁及以下龋病患儿,以及同时期211例正常体检儿童血常规检测数据。采用SPSS 23.0软件对数据进行t检验分析。结果龋病患儿的白细胞(WBC)、血小板(Plt)计数以及红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)较正常儿童显著性增高。血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(Hct)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)和平均血红蛋白量(MCH)较正常儿童显著性降低。男患儿组较女患儿组的红细胞计数(RBC)、Hb、MCHC和RDW-CV显著性增高,MCV和MCH显著性降低。结论龋病患儿患口腔炎症甚至全身炎症的风险增加,易导致WBC增高。血清铁含量和龋病的发生呈负相关,龋病儿童特别是男患儿患小细胞低色素缺铁性贫血的可能增大。Objective To analyze the results of blood routine test in children with dental caries and normal children,as well as between children with different genders.Thus to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods We conducted statistics studies on 438 children with dental caries under the age of 10 and 211 normal children at the same time.We extracted the data from blood routine test results and analyzed using t-test based on SPSS software.Results White blood cell(WBC),platelet(Plt)count,and red blood cell distribution width variation coefficient(RDW-CV)were significantly higher in children with caries than normal children.Hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(Hct),mean red blood cell volume(MCV),and mean hemoglobin(MCH)were significantly lower than normal children.The red blood cell count(RBC),Hb,MCHC and RDW-CV were significantly increased in the male patient group compared with the female patient group,and the MCV and MCH were significantly reduced.Conclusion The risk of oral inflammation and even systemic inflammation in children with caries is increased,which may lead to an increase in WBC.Serum iron content is negatively correlated with the risk of caries.Children with dental caries,especially male,may have microcytic hypochromic anemia(iron deficiency anaemia).
