摘 要:世界卫生组织将细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))污染列为全球卫生面临的十项威胁之一。近年来,PM_(2.5)污染对脑卒中的影响成为新的关注点。本文综述了PM_(2.5)暴露与脑卒中的流行病学研究;论述了PM_(2.5)暴露可能促发或诱导脑卒中发生发展的生物学新机制,包括PM_(2.5)易位、自主神经功能障碍、糖异生、表观遗传机制等;归纳了PM_(2.5)暴露与脑卒中发生的影响因素;提出建立脑卒中高危人群发病以及患者死亡的预警机制,从而为国内脑卒中一级防控及空气污染治理开展提供借鉴。The World Health Organization lists fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)) as one of the ten threats to global health. In recent years, the impact of PM_(2.5) pollution on stroke has become a new focus. This article reviewed the epidemiological studies on PM_(2.5) exposure and stroke, and discussed the new biological mechanisms that PM_(2.5) exposure may trigger or induce the occurrence and development of stroke, including PM_(2.5) translocation, autonomic dysfunction, gluconeogenesis, and epigenetic mechanisms. The factors affecting PM_(2.5) exposure and stroke occurrence were summarized. It was proposed to establish an early warning mechanism for the incidence and death of high-risk stroke groups, aiming to provide reference for the primary prevention and control of stroke and air pollution control in China.
