摘　　要：通过分析QBe2合金在热处理过程中出现重复固溶、硬度不符合要求、变形大、表面质量差和硬度测量误差大等问题的原因,提出了编制工艺规范、控制制件变形、加强日常监督和规范硬度检测的措施,有效地保证了QBe2合金的热处理质量稳定性。By analyzing the causes of repeated solid solution,non-conforming hardness,large deformation,poor surface quality and large hardness measurement error of QBe2 alloy during heat treatment,the measures of drawing up process specifications,controlling deformation of parts,strengthening daily supervision and standardizing hardness detection are put forward,which can effectively ensure the heat treatment quality stability of QBe2 alloy.
