摘 要:本文以45钢薄壁齿轮为研究对象,采用有限元方法研究了薄壁齿轮在吊装和平放两种装炉方式下的淬火冷却过程,分析了其温度场、应力场及相应的变形规律。结果表明:薄壁齿轮在吊装850℃淬火时,齿顶在100 s下降到25℃,残余应力为150.6 MPa,变形量为0.054 mm;齿根在104 s下降到25℃,残余应力为227.31 MPa,变形量为0.058 mm;节圆内部在104 s下降到25℃,残余应力为178.77 MPa,变形量为0.056 mm。薄壁齿轮在平放850℃淬火时,齿顶在86 s下降到25℃,残余应力为178.82 MPa,变形量为0.066 mm;齿根在90 s下降到25℃,残余应力为255.56 MPa,变形量为0.069 mm;节圆内部在90 s下降到25℃,残余应力为191.73 MPa,变形量为0.068mm。淬火变形是由热应力和组织应力导致的。装炉方式会影响薄壁齿轮的淬火变形,吊装变形量相对平放较小。In this paper,45 steel thin-walled gears are used as the research object.The finite element method is used to study the quenching and cooling process of thin-walled gears under two kinds of furnace loading methods,laying flat and hoisting.The temperature field,stress field and corresponding deformation laws are analyzed.The results show that when the thin-walled gear is hoisted and quenched at 850℃,the tooth tip drops to 25℃in 100 s,the residual stress is 150.6 MPa,the deformation is 0.054 mm,the tooth root drops to 25℃in 104 s,the residual stress is 227.31 MPa,the deformation is 0.058 mm.The inside of the pitch circle drops to 25℃in 104 s,the residual stress is 178.77 MPa,and the deformation is 0.056 mm.When the thin-walled gear is laid flat and quenched at 850℃,the tooth tip drops to 25℃in 86 s,the residual stress is 178.82 MPa,the deformation is 0.066 mm,the tooth root drops to 25℃in 90 s,the residual stress is 255.56 MPa.The deformation is 0.069 mm,the inside of the pitch circle drops to 25℃in 90 s,the residual stress is 191.73 MPa,and the deformation is 0.068 mm.The quenching deformation is caused by thermal stress and tissue stress.The furnace loading method will affect the quenching deformation of the thin-walled gears,hoisting deformation is relatively small than laying flat.
