摘 要:钢管整体淬火后一个重要指标就是直线度,其将影响后续工艺流程。本文介绍了钢管淬火装置压紧机构的工作原理及结构,该机构主要包括支撑轮、钢管、压紧臂、压紧轮及油缸,支撑轮带动钢管反向旋转,压紧臂在油缸驱动下松开、压紧钢管。对压紧机构的液压控制系统进行了研究,提供了高压运行、低压保持的工作循环,既保证了钢管淬火后的直线度、椭圆度,又解决了钢管跳出支撑轮事故的发生及压紧轮划伤钢管外表面的质量问题。工程应用证明该机构运行可靠,满足了钢管整体淬火的工艺要求。Straightness is an important index of steel pipe after quenching,which will affect the subsequent process.This paper introduces the working principle and structure of the pressing mechanism of steel pipe quenching device.The mechanism mainly includes supporting wheel,steel pipe,pressing arm,pressing wheel and oil cylinder.The supporting wheel rotates to drive the steel pipe to rotate reversely,and the pressing arm releases and compresses the steel pipe driven by the oil cylinder.The hydraulic control system of the pressing mechanism is studied.The working cycle of high-pressure operation and low-pressure maintenance is provided,which not only ensures the straightness and ovality of the steel pipe after quenching,but also solves the accident of the steel pipe jumping out of the supporting wheel and the quality problem of the steel pipe surface scratched by the pressing wheel.The engineering application proves that the mechanism is reliable and meets the process requirements of the whole steel pipe quenching.
